Insight to Impact
Insight to Impact, LLC is an evaluation and consulting business aimed at helping nonprofits and small businesses create a larger impact. Insight to Impact is affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh's Evaluation Institute for Public Health. Insight to Impact services can be customized based on needs, but may include one or more of the following:
- needs assessments
- literature reviews
- evaluation planning
- process and outcome evaluation
- interviews
- surveys
- review internal policy/procedure adherence to standards
- creation and/or documentation of internal policies/procedures
- strategic planning session facilitation
- training staff on evaluation methods and procedures
- social work consulting
Insight to Impact was founded by Alysse Littleberry in 2020. Alysse Littleberry is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s Master’s in Social Work and Master’s in Public Health programs. She also has a Certificates in Program Evaluation and Mental Health and recently obtained her social work license. Prior to her master’s degrees, Alysse graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science with Majors in Psychology and Philosophy, a Minor in Statistics, and a Certificate in Leadership from the University of Pittsburgh.
Alysse’s eight years of research and evaluation experience include mixed-methods process and outcome evaluation plan design and implementation, needs assessments, program planning, pilot program evaluation, literature reviews, interviews, paper and electronic surveys, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and assessments of inclusivity. Her passion for using research methods and strategy to improve operations extends into improving process and business practices. Alysse has conducted stakeholder and competitor analyses, developed program policies and procedures that adhere to accreditation standards, developed and tested worksheets to improve operations, implemented risk management practices, and has facilitated organizational strategic planning and development of brand identity.
Alysse is committed to using social science research methods to address social problems including food insecurity, housing insecurity, and equity. She is particularly interested in issues that relate to mental health and has several years of direct experience in the mental health sector. In addition to working on issues such as domestic violence and culture-shock, Alysse has provided therapy and case management to individuals with mental illness in their homes and outpatient settings.
Alysse’s strengths include her strategic and creative approach to problem-solving, her attention to detail, her interdisciplinary thinking, and her strengths-based focus.
